We have not been disappointed. Everyone involved in the project has been a true professional from the initial estimate, through installation and most importantly in follow-up service; everything was completed on time as specified. We placed significant demands on Total Audio Visual Systems, specifically that installation and service does not affect our class schedule. Not only did you complete the installation on time as promised, but you continuously provided fast responsive follow-up service and additions to the original system.Everyone involved in this project from Total Audio Visual Systems has given the extra effort to insure that the system enhanced classroom instruction and provided the capabilities we requested; an outstanding effort by a great crew
Total AV, in their dedication to us made last minute arrangements to once again put us on the top of their priority list, and Roly spent the entire day with me in the preparation.. . . In speaking with the hotel staff, they let me know that if they had a problem, they would call upon another company, similar to Total AV, to resolve their problems. I spoke to that company, who were impressed that we had the relationship that we do with Total AV and his final comment to me was that if anyone could solve any problems, Roly could do it. This made me feel even better in my continued support of him and his company.

Thanks to Roly and Duane for getting us ready for our first Board meeting yesterday. I didn’t stay for the whole meeting (12 hours) but I heard rumors that one brave staff member relied on one of the new laptop stations you wired up to make his presentation.The chairman made note of the new system at the beginning of the meeting . . . He also mentioned the importance of other coming tech improvements. Again, thanks for making this first meeting a success.
Thank you for your AV support, Tim, Derek and Tony are techs we need onsite for all meetings. Tim is very professional and responds without hesitation. . . .The entire time while onsite I did not receive any negative feedback about TAVS performance. I will speak with the Project Director and suggest that we include you in the debriefing related to AV support. . . . Again, your performance was great.

Total AV Systems installed a new public address system in our auditorium . . . This system serves our weekly public meetings held by five officials appointed by the Montgomery County County Executive. the system selected, designed and installed by Total AV Systems works perfectly for our needs and the staff finds the system easy to use.Because Total AV did such an outstanding job, we called them back to do further work. Right now they are doing substantial work in our auditorium installing several plasma screens, adding an assisted listening system, monitors at each seating position used by our officials and staff . . . I highly recommend Total AV for design, installation and maintenance and I have found them to be very responsive to emergency calls. They were very creative in finding just the right combination audio video solutions for our needs and budget
. . . I am writing to exclaim about your AV tech, Chuck. Pardon us for not knowing Chuck’s last name, however, after working with him last week and discovering how efficient and competent he is, we fell as though we have known him for some time.Please indulge us for a moment and let us share with you our experience with Chuck. We arrived at Hotel . . . to meet with Chuck and talk about the equipment and our expectations for the next day. Chuck was very prompt and immediately became engaged in our planning process. However, after reviewing our plans, we learned that the Hotel had not confirmed that Total Audio Visual would be onsite for our meeting the next day. As you can imagine, we were hard-pressed to ensure his services and asked if he could be there the next morning. Chuck agreed that he could and we asked him to be there at 6:00 am.The next morning Chuck was there at 6:00 am and from the moment he arrived until the moment he departed that afternoon, Chuck was steadfast, answered our every call, worked out every niche, fixed every problem, anticipated any quirks, and followed through right until the end. Chuck is an asset to your corporation and delivers professional acumen in his area of expertise.Please extend our heartfelt “Thanks” and Gratitude to Chuck for his commitment to our project. We will certainly call on his services for our future offsite meetings and we hope you value his skill as much as we did.

Just a short note to let you know how well things went last week at our election night party. There were plenty of “road blocks”. . . . Your guidance and advise in advance was great and that day your guys were great. Michael Lee was “the man” and made my life easier knowing that he was there, understood the situation and was able to respond to problems. Thank him for me again. Looking forward to doing this again, somewhere, in two years.
I need to let you and Roly know that I will be retiring at the end of this year. . . . It’s been a pleasure working with you all. You have taught me a lot over the past few years!!

The techs did such a good job organizing the AV equipment in the Beaver Court Conference Center that I have a customer that is requesting pricing for 2 additional team rooms. . . .
This is just a note of deep appreciation for the professionalism and calm that the people at the West Barre Street, Baltimore branch displaed when I rented a projector from them this past weekend. . . . When the initial equipment wasn’t correct, they went out of their way to remedy it and the show worked perfectly. I won’t bore you with the details . . . suffice it to say, when he said 15 pins, I could hve counted what I had and discovered that I had the wrong equipment, but I never double checked, and they saved the day, Thanks again.

Please make a notation of the two guys we used last week for this order. If we ever need Total AV to help us with any future events we want them back! I am writing today to recommend the services of Total Audio Visual, specifically the work of Roly and Tizzy. . . . There were many complaints about an electrical feedback loop causing a “humming noise” in our output to the press. . . . Roly has specifically been instrumental in working with the electrician to trace circuits and find the specific source of the problem. He has worked many hours on this to make sure we were satisfied with the result.Also in that time frame we have renovated one of our conference rooms, Tizzy and Roly were involved from the beginning. Through Roly’s diligent work and suggestions we now have a room installed with all the latest technology and equipment available. It is our most popular meeting space and has the flexibility to do video conference, audio conference . . . .and web based applications. I highly recommend the services of Total AV. In fact we are about to build our own building and I wouldn’t want anyone else to work on the conference audio visual systems. I know there are other options for the services they provide, but Roly and Tizzy are the first people I will call on.

Greetings Roly, I just wanted to let you know that since we purchased our two NLE systems about three years ago, they have served our purposes beyond our expectations. His manner was unfailingly pleasant and cooperative throughout our conference.
