Basic Maintenance Plan (BMP 2 or 4)
- Complete initial system evaluation and written report 
- This plan does not include repair or replacement cost 
- Provides two or four on-site visits a year for preventive maintenance. 
- Unlimited technical phone support (M-F 8am - 5pm) 
- Reduced rates for on-site and bench service (excludes factory service). 
- Reduced rates for technical remote in support (M-F 8am - 5pm) 
Preventive Maintenance Plan (PMP 2, 4 or 12)
- Complete initial system evaluation and written report 
- This plan does not include repair or replacement cost 
- Provides two, four or twelve on-site visits a year for preventive maintenance. 
- Unlimited technical phone support (M-F 8am - 5pm) 
- Unlimited remote-in technical support where available (M-F 8am - 5pm) 
- Update all device software, firmware and set up 
- Reduced rates for on-site and bench service (excludes factory service 
Enhanced Preventive Maintenance (EPM 4 or 12)
- Complete initial system evaluation and written report 
- This plan does not include repair or replacement cost 
- Provides four or twelve on-site visits a year for preventive maintenance. 
- Pre-determine response time 
- Pre-determine on-loan gear for swap out 
- Unlimited technical phone support (24/7/365) 
- Unlimited remote-in technical support where available (M-F 8am-5pm) 
- Update all device software, firmware and set up 
- Create or update documentation with copy of software configuration(s) 
- On-site end user training 
- Reduced rates for on-site and bench service (excludes factory service) 
During our complete initial system evaluation we will check all operations and performance levels, inspect equipment conditions and provide you with a written report, review any deficiencies and arrange recommended corrective action. Total AV will require an on-site evaluation of equipment before a "Maintenance Plan” is put into effect.
