1. All estimates to be prepaid without open account.

2. Estimate charges are waived if estimate is accepted (Bench Only)

3. Hourly charges, 1 hour minimum and 1/2 hour increments there after.

4. Trip charges cover round trip travel time within Washington Metro area.

5. Rates do not include replacement parts.

6. Rates do not include and Federal, State or Local taxes (if applicable)

 

Prices effective 10/18/04. Total AV warranty for equipment repairs against any defects in workmanship for a period of 90 days. Parts replaced have a warranty of 1 year-except for consumable parts, like lamps, fuses, batteries.

Maintenance Plans

 

 

Basic Maintenance Plan (BMP)

  • Provides two visits a year for preventive maintenance. 

  • Unlimited phone support 

  • Reduced labor rates for on-site and bench service

  • Covers all parts, except projection lamps, picture tubes (CRT), video head drum ass’y, plasma display and misuse or abuse.

Preventive Maintenance Plan (PMP)

  • Provides four visits a year for preventive maintenance. 

  • Unlimited phone support

  • On-site and bench service 

  • Covers all parts and labor, except projection lamps, picture tubes (CRT), video head drum ass’y, plasma display and misuse or abuse.

Enhanced Preventive Maintenance (EPM)

  • Provides four visits a year for preventive maintenance. 

  • Determine response time 

  • Unlimited phone support 

  • Update documentation 

  • On-site training 

  • On-site and bench service 

  • Determine replacement/on-loan gear

  • Covers all parts and labor, except projection lamps, picture tubes (CRT), video head drum ass’y, plasma display and misuse or abuse.

 

During our preventive maintenance visit, we will inspect your system to diagnose equipment problems. We will also fine tune and adjust your equipment to manufacturers’ specifications. We will provide you with a written report, review any deficiencies and arrange recommended corrective action. Total AV will require an on-site evaluation of equipment before a "Maintenance Plan” is put into effect.
